Self-Care & Suicide Prevention: Ohio

  • Wesley UMC 903 Center Street Bryan, Ohio 43506 United States (map)

What is self-care? And how can I get some?

The truth is - you don't have to have an official mental health diagnosis to feel completely overwhelmed by life. But most of us do feel stressed out, burned out, and worn out from time to time. Self-care can help.

Let's talk about it Sunday, September 30th at 2 pm EST at Wesley UMC in Bryan, Ohio!

Following this 30(ish) minute talk on self-care, we'll take a quick break before continuing with a 45-minute discussion on the basics of suicide prevention.

There will be plenty of time for Q&A at the conclusion of the workshop.

*This is a free event, open to the public, ages 12 and up.PLEASE invite your friends and family.

Steve Austin's books: Self-Care for the Wounded Soul, and From Pastor to a Psych Ward, will be available for purchase and Steve will be glad to sign your books.
